Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of kymo, a cookieless web analytics platform operated by Ekam Shunyam ("kymo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or installing kymo's tracking script on your site, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Kymo provides website analytics (visitor counts, page views, referral sources, and similar aggregate metrics) and AI-crawler visibility reporting, without using cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data is collected and how.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Install kymo's tracker on a site you don't have the legal right to monitor, or in a way that violates the privacy rights of that site's own visitors under applicable law;
- Attempt to re-identify individual visitors from kymo's cookieless visitor hashes, or otherwise try to defeat the privacy protections described in our Privacy Policy;
- Use the service to collect data on anyone in a way that violates applicable data protection law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) — you're responsible for your own site's compliance, including any disclosures your own visitors are owed;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to kymo's infrastructure;
- Resell or redistribute kymo's service without our written permission.
4. Plans and payment
Kymo offers a free tier; paid plans, if and when introduced, will be described at the time of purchase. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by Stripe — we never store your card details ourselves.
5. Your data
You own the analytics data collected from your own site. We process it on your behalf to provide the dashboard; we don't sell it or use it for any purpose other than operating and improving kymo.
6. Availability and changes
Kymo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't currently guarantee a specific uptime SLA. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Termination
You may stop using kymo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kymo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
